What makes ZORYVE different?
In adults and children, atopic dermatitis can happen when the immune system becomes too active and the skin barrier doesn't work the way it should.
An enzyme in the body called phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) can play a role in this when it works too much. This can lead to symptoms like redness, itching, and inflammation.
The active ingredient in ZORYVE is roflumilast, a PDE4 inhibitor that helps reduce inflammation associated with the skin, which may relieve symptoms of eczema.

“ Many things caused my breakouts, such as scented lotions, the winter, turtlenecks, itchy clothing, and perfumes. I often thought, ‘the world is a trigger and I’m living in it.’ It didn’t matter where I was—everywhere, not just one spot—it could happen anywhere on my body. ”
