What is ZORYVE?

ZORYVE contains roflumilast, a phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor.

Plaque psoriasis is a condition where the immune system is overactive. Enzymes like PDE4 can play a role in this. When PDE4 works too much, the results can be associated with the symptoms of plaque psoriasis.

ZORYVE works as a PDE4 inhibitor, a molecule that manages PDE4 activity, to:

  • Decrease inflammation in the skin
  • Balance the skin's immune system

In 2025, Arcutis sponsored a nationwide online NimbleRx survey about patient experience using ZORYVE among 467 adults diagnosed with plaque psoriasis who were using ZORYVE® (roflumilast) cream 0.3% and refilled at least once. Those surveyed were aware that Arcutis was the sponsor and received nominal compensation for time spent completing the survey.
